Governments are currently negotiating a Ministerial Declaration, the main outcome document of the United Nations High Level Political Forum of 2017. Ahead of the intergovernmental negotiations, Together 2030 issued a reaction to the zero draft of the Ministerial Declaration that is the main outcome of the United Nations High Level Political Forum (HLPF). On May 25, Together 2030, in partnership with World Vision, the International Disability Alliance, the NGO Major Group, TAP Network and the Stakeholder Group on Ageing joined Member States for an informal discussion with civil society experts on recommendations and proposals for the HLPF Ministerial Declaration. Together 2030 Reaction - HLPF 2017 Ministerial Declaration Elements Paper This paper presents some initial comments from Together 2030, based on the written inputs submitted by the Initiative for the HLPF 2017. Two years after the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the HLPF Ministerial Declaration should go beyond the reaffirmation of commitments and be a call for action for implementation and mainstreaming of the SDGs into national plans and budgets. New Report reviews civil society and stakeholder engagement in voluntary national reviews and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda Access the report here. For the second year, Together 2030 has carried out a survey to collect evidence on stakeholder awareness of, and participation in, national planning and review around the 2030 Agenda.
